Moving data between systems?
Data migration is never a blind fixed price. Most migration projects in the industry overrun because nobody looked first. Ours start with discovery, always. Tell tecno what's moving and we'll scope it properly.
BI licence fees (Power BI, Fabric) and metered API costs are passed through at cost and shown as their own line, never absorbed into a fixed price, never marked up quietly. Mid-project changes follow the same published rate card as our builds: from £1,000 a day per engineer, or fixed change packs of 3, 5, or 10 days.
