Last updated: 20 July 2026
Every document we trade on is listed, versioned, at tecnov8.com/legal. Questions about this policy go to hello@tecnov8.com.
1. Acceptance
By using www.tecnov8.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Tecnovate Limited, trading as tecnov8, registered in England and Wales (company number 17178355) with its registered office at Parker House, 44 Stafford Road, Wallington SM6 9AA, United Kingdom. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Purchases
Services bought through the Site (assessments, fixes, blueprints, licences, and support plans) are governed by our Terms of Sale at www.tecnov8.com/terms-of-sale, which prevail over these terms for anything you buy.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit malicious code. Good-faith security research under our responsible disclosure policy is welcome.
4. Client portal
Portal accounts are provided to clients under a separate services agreement, which prevails over these terms for portal use. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately about any suspected compromise.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos) belong to tecnov8 or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site, including free scoring and self-assessment tools, is general information, not engineering, legal, or compliance advice for your specific situation. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tecnov8 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
