24/7 Application Support
We keep your app alive. Even if someone else built it. 24/7.
Your developer moved on. The agency retainer lapsed. The app still runs your business. Most providers won't touch code they didn't write. We assess it, harden it, and stand behind it: monitoring, security patches, and fixes, AI-first around the clock with engineers behind every escalation.
Response and resolution stats publish here once the desk is live. Measured, not promised.

Built by someone else
The market gap nobody serves at a published price. We take it on, after the Production Readiness Assessment (£1,500–£7,500) tells us both exactly what we're standing behind. Part of the assessment fee credits against your first 3 months.
Assessment gate + £500–£1,000 onboarding
Plain-English exclusions: pre-existing defects in the underlying code sit outside fair use and are quoted via Fix Packs (£700–£1,250) or an agreed sprint from £1,000 a day, findings from your assessment, priced before you commit. Unscheduled ad-hoc work is £240/hour. Liability caps and minimum standards apply.
The SLA, by severity
| Severity | What it means | Response | Work on the fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 | Outage or security incident | 15–30 min, 24/7 | Work on the fix: immediately on Pro/Enterprise, from the start of business hours on Guardian |
| P2 | Major function broken | 1–2 hours | Work on the fix: next engineering window |
| P3 | Minor defect | 4 hrs / next business day | Work on the fix: business hours |
| P4 | Cosmetic | 1 business day | Work on the fix: business hours |
Response means detected, triaged, acknowledged and advised, by AI, around the clock. Work on the fix means a named engineer changing code, within your tier's hours. Enterprise adds contracted resolution targets.
